买了进口的青苹果 洗的时候发现打了蜡了。 这种蜡对身体有害吗？
如果是正规渠道购买的，水果上的蜡是可食的，尤其是在一些进口食品中，食用蜡可以增加果品的货架期和保藏期，同时还可以增加水果的鲜艳颜色，让人增加购买欲。
去除食物蜡可以直接把果皮削了，但水果中的营养成分基本上都在果皮上。
还有一种方法比较麻烦，就是用小刀一点一点把蜡挂，但相当的麻烦，一般人不会用这种方法的。
